ECOLOFT IN CORSO COMO

In Ecoloft, in the Corso Como area, our intervention focused on the furniture: dedicated carpenter for custom-made elements, with table, bed and closet in solid oak; stainless steel kitchen made by our supplier Lgtek; careful selection of furniture and accessories; choice of natural and textured materials that express contemporary elegance. Each room is designed to combine style, comfort and identity.

Every choice, from materials to custom-made furniture, is designed to harmonize with the environment and
facilitate the lives of those who stay. This has enabled the client to live an experience
immersed in beauty and elegance, without sacrificing practicality and everyday comfort,
creating a feeling of balance and well-being in every environment.

For Cervino Loft, we managed a complete renovation: from the initial design to the redo of the plumbing and electrical systems, from the creation of the bathrooms to the new flooring, and even to the custom-made furniture and choice of lighting. We removed and replaced several pre-existing elements, intervening in finishes, flooring and construction details to give consistency and quality to the entire apartment. The design phase was central: every inch was designed to enhance a space of only 38 square meters, while maintaining a refined aesthetic. The selection of materials was made with a specific goal in mind: to create an environment that was elegant but also warm and welcoming, where wood and its custom workmanship would become the protagonists. Thanks to this approach, it was possible to obtain four beds in a compact apartment, without sacrificing functionality, harmony and design.

The results achieved with Cervino Loft show how much a careful design can enhance a space in the mountains. The apartment became a refined yet warm and cozy design environment, perfectly in tune with the alpine setting.
The choice of materials, woodwork, and finishes created an elegant atmosphere, while intelligent design made every square meter truly functional: four beds, optimized spaces, and custom-made furnishings that integrate aesthetics and practicality. Today the loft represents an ideal balance of style, comfort and mountain spirit, transforming into
a high-performing property for the tourism market, capable of offering an authentic, warm and highly efficient experience.
